The free water and hot drinks around the hotel were brilliant even though towards the end of the weekend a bit of hunting was required to find filled water containers. My only complaint would be that people spent so long waiting for food that I ended up whining at them (unfairly) for not being in the talks.

Would it be TOO much effort to have two endings ready? So the participants have a litle bit of input? They can choose to fire on the badguys or drop shields and beam out.. or whatever.
